An overall smooth and painless experience with great customer service. I arrived with an appointment that I had placed the day before pick-up. My car was not available, as there were hardly any cars in the lot. I was upgraded to a Ford Fusion hybrid at no extra cost, which I liked. The car did smell like smoke a bit, but nothing terrible. When I returned the car, they offered to drive me back home. A simple courtesy that I greatly appreciated.

Nice to deal with this rent a car company.  on-time pick up by a manger Taylor Parrish, who got us into a great car for our Eclipse adventure.  The drop off and check out by Joanna Miles was also handled very well.  I would highly recommend this location due to the professionalism of the team.

Very laid-back and friendly staff (including management) that are also focused on getting the job done.  Have rented with them multiple times, and they were very reasonable with some logistics matters.  The only downside is that they are not open on Sundays which can affect returns.

I was here early August and was very pleased with the services I received.  Preston picked us up from our hotel and promptly brought us to the rental place. It was quick and I got upgraded to a sports car :) At the end of my trip, I was promptly brought back to my hotel to catch my flight home to California.  Would defintiely rent from this location again.  People were friendly, pleasant, professional and courteous. Would recommend this location because of the prompt service.  Thank you!
