I have had to rent a car for the past 6 weeks and the staff at this branch is wonderful. The Assistant Manager (Austin) has been very accommodating and understanding to my situation and I appreciate it so much.  I recommend going to this Enterprise branch over any other branch. They will take very good care of you.  Thank you guys!

Anna and her crew were a lifesaver for us. In Feb we had a reservation through Costco Travel. We came in to Portland Union Station on Amtrak only problem was our train was almost 3hrs late which was 10 min after their office closed.  With phone calls going back and forth Anna assured me they would wait for us. We got off the train and the driver was waiting and calling us as we walked out of the station. A short ride to their office and quickly had us on our way in the last vehicle they had which was a truck an a upgrade at no extra cost.
I was pretty stressed out on the train worrying about not getting there in time but Anna helped calm me and they came through for us. It was much appreciated. All the crew and everyone I talked to on the phone was awesome.

My experience was great. I booked a reservation online same day. Came in realizing I booked for the wrong day and they immediately helped me fix my reservation. They realized that they didn't have the car I initially reserved and they gave me a complimentary upgrade. I was even allowed to choose the car. The whole experience was wonderful and I appreciate their deligence in taking care of my needs. I will be returning and renting with them in the future.

On a month-long Insurance claim rental there was seamless coordination between the insurance adjuster and the local Enterprise staff. I received an extremely favorable insurance discount rate and was upgraded to a full size car. There was a bit of confusion with the length of Rental Car Coverage under my policy and a lack of communication from the insurance adjuster, even though the Enterprise representative called me several times during the extended rental period just to check in.  It was only when they coverage had been exceeded by a full 10 days that the insurance adjusters screw up was discovered and then my body shop gave me a loaner car but I still had the problem of 10 days of unpaid buy insurance charges by Enterprise. Once again the local Enterprise representative went to work and sharpened his pencil and made a substantial reduction in the amount of out-of-pocket charge I would have to pay by making an even further discount from the negotiated Insurance discount rate I was paying for the full size car. When I did drop it off I was able to just leave it at the body shop in a completely different part of town and a representative from a different Enterprise store in very far out Southeast Portland picked it up from the body shop. Overall I got 2 Star service from the insurance adjuster, three star service from my body shop which took way too long for the repair, but five star service in every regard from Enterprise.

Needed a mini van to haul six golfers and clubs to local Portland courses for a couple of days.  The staff at Enterprise could not have been nicer and more helpful.  Took me to their garage and helped me pick the best model for my needs.  Friendly, great service, beautiful van.  Great job!
