Great experience for brunch! We have enjoyed many a dinner, but now we will start enjoying brunch as well. Even with them being low staffed they worked together to keep things running smoothly!
Shame on me. I ignored this restaurant here in beautiful Winchester Virginia for a long time because I mistakenly thought they were a chain, serving foods loaded with salt, fat and sugar. Well I was so wrong ... it's single location, has enough healthy options to satisfy me and especially remarkable is their consistency of food and service. They manage to repeat a pleasurable experience each time I have have dined. Therefore I have arranged for my AMK Products staff to enjoy this years holiday event at this fine establishment. Great job I J Canns !
Prices and most of what we have had there was delicious. The oysters were very sandy though and did not taste fresh. We love brunch options!
This was my first time here and I wish it had been under better circumstances but our server was just down right amazing!! I wish I had caught her name! We had just buried my Grandmother at noon and went straight to the restaurant. We were treated so kindly and like we had been coming there for a long time! Even interacted with one of the owners who was also very kind and helpful!! Definitely will be back next time I'm in town!!
Took my wife there for her birthday. This was our first visit. The food was fresh and the servings were generous. Five adults with beverages and two appetizers Rihanna‘s $150, which is very reasonable for the quality of the meal. They also offered a Sunday brunch menu which had quite a variety. This place is definitely in my top two restaurants in Winchester. Consider us regulars! Parking: Is in a shopping center so there’s plenty of parking both in front and back of the restaurant which has entrances on both sides
We were looking for a place to have dinner while traveling, we found I J Canns American Grille and were absolutely thrilled with our meals. Our only complaint was the menu had such tasty options we did not know what to choose. Everything was expertly prepared and very fresh. Our server was very helpful with our selections and made sure we never had to ask for anything. The restaurant is very inviting and relaxing. Everyone was very professional and cheerful.
This is my first time eating here, I’ve seen the restaurant before but never tried. They are short on staff, but the food is delicious!
So glad we found this place when we searched for prime rib in Winchester. Plenty of parking, several seating areas including outside, great selection of adult beverages, delicious oysters with mignonette, and the prime rib - just what we were looking for.
This has always been a reliable place for decent and even good food. What a terrible change last night, where I was hoping for a good steak medium rare salad but instead was delivered soggy and old lettuce, well-done steak, and dressing that didn’t resemble blue cheese in the least. Big disappointment, made worse by the timing as a much needed post-operative nutritious dinner.
We were there for a 75th Birthday Party, with a party of ten. We had a young waiter named Ronald, he is a 5 Star. Ronald was so professional and made our party so much fun. My 12 year old grandson went over to talk to him and Ronald came to the table with compliments on how much of a gentleman he was. Wow, everything Ronald did was above and beyond. Food was great too! Thank you, Thank you !!!
