Will no longer be ordering from Chipotle ever again. Rice isn't cooked, inedible, beans were extremely salted, chicken was burnt.. How can you serve this to someone? Whoever the cook is, needs to be replaced or do a better job at making sure things are cooked properly and are edible before serving it to anyone. My dogs can't even eat this.
I have always loved Chipotle restaurant. This is the 1st time I've visited the one in Shreveport Louisiana. The customer service was absolutely amazing. However, the food was freaking horrible!!! No flavor in the Barbacoa and the sour cream was rancid. I started eating my food at the restaurant and complained there the young lady remade my food for me but when she did she literally gave me 3 shreds of meat I am livid, even though I had only taken a bite of the original dish. Smh off!
I love chipotle but the last few times I have ordered I have gotten the bottom of the barrel not only did I post this originally months ago. I decide to order today I ordered tacos and got a ball of ingredients mixed together it wasn’t even wrapped properly I also ordered chips and guacamole and didn’t get that I will never order from here again.

Found a roach here as I was getting my drink to go, and I asked for a refund from the customer service and they don’t want to give it to me.. I’ve never had issues with chipotle until now and don’t want to eat here anymore because of all this fuss.. it’s super unfortunate. I have a picture of my receipt as well and they still didn’t want to accept that.
I live close to this youree drive location where I order frequently because I love maxican grill. But since last couple months I have seen changes on employee which is definitely making this place worst. Previously they used to talk nice and serve better with clean serving area. Last week November 22 I went to inside to order the food and I was served without gloves, touching foods with bare hands. Looks nasty all over the serving counter. And the way they speak with customer is rude. It’s okay to be tired by the long shift or hard work. But you can just smile and talk politely with customer. You can make everyone smile and comfortable. After I saw the nasty serving counter where they roll my food and add the toppings. I couldn’t eat at all. Sorry to say but had to trash the food. I hope management team Will definitely work on this and get this situation better. Good luck Chipotle
This was our first visit.. George and I both had a bowl.. The food was really good!!.. Took a lot home and had it for supper. Will have the rest for lunch today .. If you haven't been.. You gotta try it!!Food: 5/5
Got the steak bowl with white rice. The rice was undercooked, there was a large piece of hard grissel mixed in with the meat. The flavored teas and lemonades weren't labeled, so that you know what flavor you are getting, and the dining room was filthy. Lastly, it was over priced for the overall experience.
Ordered a bowl with white rice. Ordered extra rice as I do not get beans or grilled vegetables. Girl was being stingy on rice. Ordered the regular steak. It was cut the size of kibble, making it tasteless. Also they cut the amount of steak. I don't mind the increase in price but when the quality suffers.
Firstly, the place looked closed, lights low it was 9pm and they don't close until 10pm..Secondly, the worker told me the store was closed when I was walking in and the worker was leaving..Worker said this as if it was a joke that I drove 10 miles to get there, they didn't know how far I traveled but still that's the point you aren't my friend. Thirdly, The service would have been better save an employee telling me some story about how the rice is boiled. The employee on duty told me that the water for the rice is boiled but it's not boil water? Shreveport was in boil water warning 2-3 days ago when I went. Now I did appreciate how she prepared the bowl so let me say that, portions wise, I wasn't mad about that at all but - Fourthly, I had experienced a bit of stomach worries and contacted Chipotle to ask about this rice again, the supervisor answered and when I told her my concerns she basically laughed at me and said that Chipotle pre-packages the meat and the rice so is it like uncle Ben's rice?...She said they don't use water for the food, they use water for lettuce and/or peppers. But not the rice? That's strange..
