I usually don’t eat at Panda Express, but my husband was craving it. I ordered fried rice with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I have to say that I came on the right time 3:30PM. My whole entire meal felt like they just cooked it. The only issue we had was rude customer service.
This location is so horrible now. I ordered the angus steak dish this evening and was given 3 tiny pieces of steak that weighed less than 1oz. Vegetables were over cooked and dried out. When calling the location about the portion size the manager was very defensive and stated that, 3 pieces was close to normal. Which corporate confirmed was NOT true. They charge an additional $1.25 for any steak item which I don’t mind paying if I get an appropriate portion size. This location is frequently out of items or sometimes the food is barely warm/cool. Not sure if there has been a recent change in management.
I usually like Panda Express, but the service here was painfully slow. What’s the point of ordering ahead with the app if they don’t make your food? I arrived after the app said the order would be ready. Nothing. Three of us were waiting for pickup orders. I only had a single small bowl, yet it took an extra 25 minutes to make. I would have been much better off going through the drive thru. About 10 people came in after I did and were served ahead of me. I do give one of the clerks credit for being friendly and offering me a drink for the long wait. On the other hand, I saw another server literally pull out her cell phone to look at while she was in the middle of scooping someone’s food. The food was okay. I felt that the protein and veggie portions were smaller when compared to orders I’ve made at other Panda Express locations. Considering the slow service and mediocre food, I can’t recommend this Panda Express.
Man, this Panda used to be the spot. I don’t know if they got new management or something but for the last two months the food has been absolute trash. I think this is the last time I’ll get food from this location. Rice lately has had like a “steamed” rice rather than fried rice taste to it. Food is lukewarm. Got rangoons today that were cold. Pretty disappointed as Panda is usually my go-to fast food.
We ordered online. Was spose to be ready by 735 pm. Had to go through the drive thru to let them know I ordered food bc no employees would acknowledge me outside when I tried to tell them. Then they had me park til 820 pm. I get to my husband and they forgot his drink I called drove back over picked up his Dr pepper. The entire time. I say and took pictures of people drive up order and get their food and drive off. Over 30 vehicles. I will be contacting corporate in Dallas and showing all of my pictures. Our food was cold and I drove across street to eat at sams club parking lot. Will never go back to this panda express. Not sure who owns this one. But you definitely need to get this location and manager under control had over 5 employees and i watched them not answer phone, door and looked right past people. I will explain but not here.
This Panda Express location not only needs a whole new crew but also a new owner. The fried rice I received today was not cooked thoroughly and was crunchy and hard. The Teriyaki chicken looked like something that I wouldn't feed an animal. Let alone, a human being. I have eaten at Panda Express in different cities and states. Therefore, I know the type of food quality and Customer Service the Corporate Office expects across the board. They will be hearing from me. Do yourselves a favor and take your time and money elsewhere. Or, you'll be sorry.
I got the rice and it was crunchy and the sesame chicken was chewy and made me sick. my friend got noodles and beef and the noodles were hard and the beef had no sauce and was as hard as a rock and made her sick.
The restaurant had an hour till closing and didn’t want to replace things they had run out off. They couldn’t even break a $20 bill. This location seemed pretty unorganized and full of lazy employees.
Close at 10. But if you arrive at 9 they tell you it’s their “closing hour” and are essentially out of everything. Just close at 9pm.
Order through door dash... egg rolls was burnt... chowmain noodles was cold and nasty... the chicken teriyaki was plain and when I called was told the chicken. Dont have teriyaki sauce on it that they provide the sauce for the coustmer to put on which they did not when I called the person who answerd did not want to fix anything but the egg roll spent 20 bucks to trow food away wont do again
