Steve was not easy to deal with  on the phone. 
Came in listened to disgruntle staff when checking my car in for 930am appt. I was on the Told a  45 repair. After 40 minutes later car still in parking lot.
When asked why.  We are busy!
Well so am I!!!
Sales was just awesome!!!!
Love my car!!!!

I missed my 8am appointment (a 1 year old will do that) so I called to reschedule thinking it was going to be a couple of weeks.  They found a slot to squeeze me in, and said I'd be there for about 1.5 hours since they were squeezing me in between other appointments.  Off we went, expecting to be there past lunch, so I had everything but the kitchen sink packed. We were in and out in 45 minutes.  You guys ROCK

I dealt with four dealerships during my search for a new vehicle, and Burke Chevrolet was far superior to any of the others.  I would highly recommend Burke Chevrolet to any of my friends and family searching for a new or used vehicle.  I have never felt more welcomed when walking into a dealership.  I could tell right away that they were treated me as family, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
