Bought/Leased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Limited. My sales rep was Audra. Audra is a Jeep owner and was excellent at listening to me first and then focusing on what I wanted to look at and compare to. She had an answer to every one of my questions. When it came to making the deal it went perfect. She presented what I was looking for and we were in agreement in about 10 minutes. No fooling around which drives me crazy! When it came to delivery she spent the necessary time with my wife and I to understand the new technology and operation of the vehicle. I would recommend her to anyone! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband is a devout Dodge customer for over 40 years. He found the truck of his dreams at a dealer in NJ. Went to see Lia Dodge, Trevor Hamel the sales Mgr and was told he could get that vehicle for him. We put down a deposit and contract signed. Two weeks later, my husband was told the truck wasn't available and that the dealer in NJ bought it for themselves and put a plow on it. Who puts a plow on a 56, 000 brand new truck?? Long story short...my husband called the dealer in NJ and the manager said no one from Lia called nor showed up and as a matter of fact, never heard of Lia at all. Nothing but lies. Worst customer service. No professionalism. Would never go here again.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star because of their horrible service department and useless general manager. Had to have my car towed there for the 3rd time in a month due to transmission issues. Car sat there for 4 weeks and 1 day before it was fixed. They don't follow through on anything unless you call them and ask them to check on what the delay is. Took nearly a week to get authorization from Jeep to replace the transmission. Took a week and a half for the part to ship from FL to MA before they finally look into what's taking so long and find the part is lost. Part finally arrives a week later and they don't even work on my car for another 4 days. Really!!! Car is sitting there for nearly a month now and it has to wait another 4 days before they'll touch it because they're short staffed and have other vehicles they're working on. My vehicle should have been a priority at this point. Then go to finally pick up the vehicle and the dash is still reading "Service Transmission" Go in and speak with the general manager and he just sits there giving the excuse that he's only been on the job 2 weeks and he'll take down my name and number and get back to me. Couldn't even get up out of his chair and go to the service dept. with me to see what's going on. And still no phone call from him to follow up even though they managed to fix the issue before I finally left. They never once called me to keep me up to date on what's going on. My husband and I had to call every time and if we didn't I'd probably still be waiting for my car to be fixed. They lied when asked if they ever had any problems with the transmissions on the Cherokees. They said no but if you look up 2014 Cherokees it shows transmission issues is their biggest complaint. They lied about when the part was coming in and said they verified it was on the truck coming that day. Nope part never showed, no one knows where it is. And they lied when they said replacing the transmission is a 6 hour job. It took them 2 days to replace it and reset the computer. This place has no idea what good customer service is.

It was a rainy day, and most of the staff were attending a training session. I called Trevor earlier in the day, and explained my request: to trade in my lease, and purchase a new vehicle. I was treated with respect, and not pushed into anything. I live 50 miles from this dealership, and pass two other Jeep dealers to get to this one. Trevor set me up with some vehicle options, and handed me off to Eric Wright. Eric was very thorough, even though he was the only one on the floor, and had to handle a few other customer's requests. That boy is very conscientious! On the way out, I forgot one of the keys at the dealership, and Eric put it in the mail for me that day. Not a huge fan of the finance office - really tried to push the service protection plans on me. Very efficient dealership. Great inventory, knowledgeable sales staff.

Got a great deal on a car. They traveled to New York to my DMV to help register my car. Good service. Kinda pushed for more money toward a down payment. 4 out of 5 ain't bad.
