The service department is fantastic, I could get cheaper work done at a place that uses after market parts, but the peace of mind that comes from having knowledgeable technicians/mechanics work on my vehicle and the fabulous service with the service techs is more than worth the cost of actual new Volkswagen parts.

A quick edit: Ever since I bought the GTI two years ago from Northampton VW I've had some major and minor issues pop up but it is to be expected on a new car that had been completely redesigned the year before. None of these issues had anything to do with Northampton VW. Ross and his crew in the service department have handled every issue professionally, in a timely fashion, and always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my visit, my car, and the work performed. Dealerships obviously cost more than independent shops, but the slight premium paid to Northampton VW is worth every dollar because of the quality of work and outstanding customer service.

I recently visited the dealership to buy a new 2016 GTI with Performance Package. Bill and I got straight to the point of finding a car, getting paperwork filled out, and driving off as soon as possible. There were no old school dealership games or pressure and I almost backed out of the sale due to some timing issues and wasn't given any trouble. Trying to get a deposit back from most dealerships and walking out is generally a pain, but Bill had no issues with me possibly waiting to purchase the vehicle after I got back from a business trip. When it came to financing and insurance, Myron was quick and wasn't out to make a few percent on top of the car, and was honest and upfront about everything. Every other car buying experience I've had always had some sort of downfall. Northampton Volkswagen did an amazing job with process and I will definitely be back when it is time for a new VW.

I just leased a car from them and my whole experience was amazing. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, especially Jason. He not only knew a lot about cars but he also helped me get a really good deal on the car I wanted, while being the most personable car salesman I've ever talked to. He also went above and beyond to help me. I bought a manual that I didn't know how to drive and my friend said he'd be able to drive it back and teach me, but when he ended up stalling in the middle of a lane, unable to get the car going, Jason bailed us out and even took use to an empty parking lot to help teach us. If you come to this dealership, talk to Jason. You won't regret it!

Great experience ! Jamie was great in getting me into my mazda. I even got to drive it home that night . Despite the snow storm  i was very happy !! Good job jamie .
