I have probably owned about 10-12 cars in my life to this point and have had a wide range of experiences when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle.  I have to say that my most recent purchase from Country Hyundai stands out from the rest as probably the most pleasurable!  My salesman, Tim Kent, was the primary reason that this was such a positive experience.  I love the car very much and Tim made sure that I got all of the features that were important to me and I never felt pressured to spend more than my budget.  He spent a lot of time going over the options and then showing me how everything works when I took delivery.  I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Hyundai goes to see Tim Kent in Northampton!  The finance manager, Chris Patrick, was also very helpful and professional throughout that entire process.  Buying a car can sometimes be a stressful time and it was anything but that because of Tim and Chris.  Thank you!

My experience with Country Hyundai was pleasant and I'm very pleased with my new Santa Fe SE Ultimate.  The technology is amazing and I feel safer in my vehicle.  My salesman Chris Schultz has a very calm demeanor but don't let that fool you.  He will try his best to fit your circumstance with a vehicle.  I never felt ill at ease and I'm glad I did the research that ultimately secured my confidence in my purchase. It was an all around good experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff made the visit and the final decision to lease this vehicle very easy. 
They listen and give sound advice and options.
The facility is clean.
They took care of all the paperwork, registrations.

So happy we stopped there!! Went to the Toyota dealer up the street to help my daughter find a car. After 3 hours and an awful experience we thankfully stopped at country Hyundai.  Tim Kent helped us and was amazing to work with.  My daughter is very picky and I’m not the easiest on car salesmen. He was unbelievably patient showing my daughter a few different vehicles as well as dealing with myself. In less time then we spent at Toyota, he was able to help us find a perfect car for her AND was able to keep it within her budget. If you’re looking for a car and want to avoid the hassle that comes with it, go to country Hyundai.
