I have purchased 2 vehicles from Cactus Auto and have had a great experience both times. The salesmen are very helpful and work with you no matter your credit type. The maintenance guys are very efficient and fix any problems you may have with your vehicle in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Cactus Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and will come back to them whenever I need to buy another vehicle.

Eddy and frank are the best! Regardless if we were going to buy a car or not these guys had so much patience and effort into helping us! We did end up buying a new car and are just really appreciative of these guys for working so hard to get us what we wanted. I would highly recommend cactus auto and frank and eddy!

I am a first time buyer and I had NO credit. I'm only 23 years old and didn't entirely know what I'm doing. Financially I did, but the process of buying the car, I didn't. I was with the care salesman by the name of Frank. He dealt with my heaps of question, my impatience with the approval of a bank, and just helped make the process as easy as HE could for me. I left with a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox for only a little over $12,300. It's amazing and we're in love.

First of all, let me say that I have a difficult credit situation and I know that. These people advertise themselves as "bad credit specialists," though. That is not why I am writing this review, however. I am writing this review because I talked to Frank on the phone three times and each time he promised to call me back in five minutes. Each time, I called him back after several hours and he didn't even remember who I was. The last promise to call me back in "five minutes" was exactly 22 HOURS ago and still no call. If you can't help me, fine. I would much rather hear that than be ignored.

Got a car from them and nothing, but great customer service. So pleased with their quality to make your buying experience easy and relaxed. Not pushy and very welcoming.
