"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Friendly staff. The bun was soft, meat smelt great & the fries smell always reminds me of a carnival. Their onions smell & taste fresh verses a strong pungent smell from sitting out for hours after being cut. Yummy strawberry & vanilla swirl ice cream. Great price for some great food!!

The manager kept getting my order wrong 4 times. When I calmly said my order is still incorrect, he ended up throwing the food at me through the service window. Shocking and guess what....my order was still wrong.  I finally went and asked a different female employee for help and she was mortified at her managers behavior and finally gave me the correct order.

Good customer service but horrible quality.  Got Texas tenders fries wmhad so much melted cheese and bbq the fries were mush and the 2 tenders were the equivalent of 3 chicken nuggets from mcds.  Used to be my favorite.

At 8:58 on a Saturday night the milk shake machine is down for cleaning. They have premade small shakes. No banana. Manager on duty is Crystal and obviously this is how she finds it appropriate to run her shift.

I went to this checkers asked for my food to be made fresh the tenders was for once after the millions of times I asked for them to be fresh but my fries are as hard as a rock I'm on the phone with them now asked to speak with a manager and she sits the phone down so I'm sitting here listing to them talk about basketball what time they getting off and what they going to do and not going to do cause they are not going to stay pass 11 what kind of shyt is this I need my money back now!!!!!

Went for dinner tonight and they definitely had a great crew working. The line stayed steady and food fresh and yummy and they were all super sweet

Ordered the garlic parm wings and they were GREAT! Cooked fresh, seasoned just right and inexpensive.  I'll be back for more of these tasty wings. Give them a try if you're hesitant and THANK ME LATER.

We celebrated our oldest son's 15th birthday here a few days ago and it was AWESOME!!! The customer service and food was Amazing! They even took him to the middle of the restaurant and had all the guests scream "Happy Birthday" to him. Very memorable!

Good quick food as always  Used drive thru order ready fast. Reasonable prices

They never tock our order in drive thru we sat there for about 15 minutes
