We bought a very lightly used RV from here in June 2017.  After our first week of having it, we soon realized it had a few very serious issues.  I had notified Gillette's about it and our salesman called us back immediately.  Within a few days, I dropped the RV back off at Gillette's and they had addressed the hidden issues with the RV and repaired everything as it should of been.  Here's the best part, they run this place like an old fashioned honest business and did not try and charge me for the repairs.  They took care of things with no hassle and presented us with the RV we thought we were purchasing.  You wont get this anywhere else, I can tell you this for a fact.  We almost bought 2 other RV's before driving over to Gillette's.  We had a very poor experience in DeWitt, MI with trying to purchase a RV and we thought we would give Gillette's a look.  Our assumption was that since Gillette's was so big and carried such high-end equipment that they would be out of our price range.  So I was WRONG, I got the best deal, the best customer service, the best after the sale service, and the best customer impression of this business all in the same week!  Please don't go to the other Lansing area dealers thinking you are getting a deal, you are getting sales-pitched.  These "other guys" just want to move trailers at any cost.   Gillette's on the other hand it like buying loyal family for a lifetime.....

I was set to purchase a travel trailer at another dealer but thought I would stop at Gillette's to see what was on the lot. The sales person showed me a Jayco in the size and model I was looking for and immediately I was sold by the quality, layout, and attention to detail for about the same price.
Gillette's finance department was very helpful in finding a great rate and explaining the closing process and all the necessary paperwork. It was evident to me that customer service at Gillette's is a big deal.

Too bad I am forced to add at least one star to this review. Stay clear of Gillette's.  They sold bogus extended warranties for commission and then bailed on customers.  There are plenty of better RV dealers around.

Kim from Gillette's RV did a great job helping us find our perfect camper.  We were ordering it online so there was some trepidation, but she walked us through the whole process and the camper was everything she said it was and more.  We made a trip of picking it up by driving all the way up to Lansing and swinging wide to two of the Great Lakes on the way.  Great trip!  Sales and service staff were both excellent.  They walked us through all the bells and whistles, everyday use and proper maintenance on the camper.  Thank you all so much!
