What a great car buying experience! Linda Daub went above and beyond to help us test drive and learn about numerous vehicles. She listens and is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, attentive and clearly communicates. Tim made it an easy transaction and smooth process for trade in as well. The dealership backs up their workmanship for vehicle prep/delivery and makes it right for any issues. Exceeded expectations!! Thanks to Linda, Tim and Steve!

A few weeks ago I visited the Okemos Mercedes dealership for some minor servicing and was pleased to be assisted by Dian Liu. I discussed another concern I had with my car wheels and he explained this was a common occurrence with Mercedes autos. When servicing on my car was completed I noticed my wheels appeared shinier and Dian explained he did a little work to improve their looks. I was completely surprised and almost speechless that he could be so kind and generous to me. Whenever I visit your dealership and Dian helps me he always makes me feel as though I am honoring him but truthfully I am the one who is honored by his concern for and excellent care of my car. Dian is an exceptional person who has a sincere understanding of great customer care.

Typically I do not bother with reviews, however, I feel the need to share an issue that needs to be addressed with one of the sales associates at this dealership. I was inquiring about a used M3 that is currently on this lot and had the chance to work with a gentleman by the name of Steve. In conversation I made it extremely clear to this person what my intentions for buying the car were and offered this man a chance of earning my business. In response to that - Steve has decided to take a very condescending approach and speak to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. He could have very easily said that he does not want to move on the price of the car and leave it at that - instead he chose to suggest that I am looking at too expensive of a car as if I cannot afford the vehicle. I suggested to him a what-if scenario that the car does not sell and he then went on to say that he is "very good at his job" and that the car "will sell at the price no matter what." I know how the used car market works well enough to know that he is "full of it". Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this dealership (and especially not with Steve).

Very relaxing and smooth experience. I inquired about a used BMW online and was promptly contacted by one of their client advisors, Nick Gentile. I drove up from Jackson the day of and he had the BMW gassed and ready to test drive when I walked in. They are very transparent about warranties, financing, prices and not the least bit pushy, everything you expect from a luxury car dealer. I walked in pre approved from my credit union, their finance manager was great in helping lower my finance rate. Nick had me out of their in less than 2 hours driving home with a great BMW. Highly recommend Nick and the rest of their team, will definitely be going back for my next German machine. If you can make the drive I would prefer them over BMW or Mercedes of Ann Arbor if you don't live in the Lansing area.

I just bought a new BMW 4 series yesterday. My salesperson, Jimmy Lorraine, was extremely helpful. He was quick in responding my emails, pleasant to work with, and more than accommodating to my needs. The whole purchasing process is pleasant, efficient, and I would even say enjoyable. I highly recommend him! I also got a chance to chat with other staff members, and they are professional and fun to talk to. All in all, I had a great experience.
