The service department is a disgrace. I have taken my car there multiple times over the past 2 years in an attempt to have them fix my air pressure sensor and check engine warning lights, which are constantly on. They have never been able to fix those issues. Two days ago, I tried again and asked them to take a look at one of my front tires that has been slowly loosing air pressure over the entire summer (I've been inflating it about once every 2 weeks for about 2 months now). They told me is was fine -- guess what happened this morning when my wife needed to get to the doctor... THAT TIRE WAS FLAT! Message to Nissan: I really like your cars over all. Unfortunately, I can't give you my business anymore. Lansing Nissan is a joke, and I will never allow that dealership to see another penny from me again as long as I live. The service department does not listen to, or value, its customers. Sorry, but it's time for us to go our separate ways, Nissan. I guess I should be driving an American car anyways...

Came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Turn around was pretty decent, about 50 min even though I was their only customer at the time. The first thing I noticed in the invoice was, that it was missing the tire pressure and tire wear figures, which I have come to expect from every other service dealership in my experience. I didn’t say anything at the time, as that is not a huge a deal and I paid the fees and drove away without putting a lot of thought into it. I decided to stop by the Whole Foods down the street, to grab some groceries and to my surprise when I’m walking back to my car with the groceries I found the hub cab on my rear left tire was gone. I immediately call back the dealership and I’m told that it’s not at the dealership, I drive back the way I came looking for the missing hub cap but it’s nowhere to be found. I then examine the other hub caps and the front right tire one was lose, and I push it back into place. The rear ones were mounted correctly though. I argued with the manager, who was apparently the guy who talked to me when I came in for service, and he says that even though he would like to remedy the situation for their obviously shoddy work, he can’t replace the hub cap because it’s not OEM and they have no way of ordering a replacement that looks like that. He offered to give me a credit for the NEXT service appointment, which only an idiot would take when they can’t even mount hub caps right, why would I trust them with the rest of my car. I should have read the reviews for this dealership. Avoid at all costs if you value your car and your safety.

The service center is great! I have never had an unpleasant visit. The team is knowledgeable, understanding, and extremely friendly. They have always helped when I needed it and have treated me better than any other service center I have ever been to.

The service manager is an arrogant and ignorant young fellow. They stripped my oil pan plug, which cost me $580 to replace the oil pan in another dealership. When I talked to the service manager at Nissan Lansing, he maintained that the oil pan plug was stripped due to wear and tare, which was NOT. It appeared to me that this service manager had zero professional training. Filed a complaint with Best Business Bureau. Also plan to sell our Nissan car will not touch this brand again.

I was there on Wednesday and was not treated well. I test drove a used car that was unsafe to drive, as it shook when I accelerated and vibrated pretty bad. (but was still priced very high). When I "interrupted" the salesman to give the keys back he told me he would have service look at the car and then apologized the the man he was speaking to. The salesman never gave me another recommendation for another car or offered to help me with anything else. I emailed the salesman the same day telling him that if he got the car fixed to please contact me. I have not heard from anyone since. I bought my current car from this dealership 13 years ago and loved it so much I wanted to give them my business. Sadly, I will not be going back.
