I took my new business to Palisades Audi because of Linda Fowler.  She is unquestionably the best Brand Specialist with whom I've ever dealt.  Linda tirelessly searched for and found the exact car we wanted, kept us posted through the entire process, and provided fair pricing.  Professional, service oriented, and genuinely concerned for the satisfaction of her clients.  Well done!  Don't go anywhere else.

Great Audi dealership hands down. Very accommodating, fair priced and above all great customer service. Linda the salesperson was phenomenal. She made car buying a pleasure. She went above and beyond to make us happy and satisfied. She didn’t leave any room to negotiate the price of the car, very professional and fair. Believe me I don’t like the hassle of buying cars and negotiating to get a fair price on cars, and I’ve been buying many cars over the years...... She made it very easy!

Buying a new car can be joyful but the process can be stressful.  I've visited many dealers to find my first luxury vehicle.  You will find many dealers to be rude and unkind. Palisades Audi will change that around and have you experience quality experience that you cannot find these days. Linda Fowler helped me very kindly and made the whole process easy and fun. She never rushed or pressured me to purchase but rather help me make the decision wisely. The finance manager Jamie Casanova will work with you and do his best to give you the best APR. Overall, it was the best experience and I want to share and recommend Palisades Audi to everyone.

I found there was 4.2 stars in google review so I tried the store. But the customer service was so bad. The woman in the front desk was very arrogant and looked like not bother to help me at all. I’m not sure why the manager wants to have her in the front desk. The lady showing me the car was ok. But the way she talked with me makes me not comfortable. This experience is not what I expected, not like at another dealer. In other dealers, they make you comfortable at least before you buy the car. But in this store, it is not friendly and bad experience from the first step into the store.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership! Linda Fowler was amazing from start to finish. She was kind, patient, and professional. Picking up my car was a breeze because Linda had everything ready with no surprises. I will definitely be going back to Linda Fowler my next Audi! Great car dealer I highly recommend.
