I recently purchase BMW X3 2018 from New Country BMW, Hartford CT. I am more than satisfied with the customer service offered by the staff. Client Advisor Grace Ramos Artunduaga and General Manager did their BEST to offer us the great price which was unbeatable. I admire the dedication, time and energy staff has put, just to make sure we are leaving with Happy Faces. They explained each & every thing in detail. Kudos to the New Country BMW team.  Long way to go!!

Bar none, the best car buying experience I've ever had.The whole team at New Country is wonderful!! They made my purchase practically stress-free! Stephen King (yes, really : ] ) was my salesman and he was terrific. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable; he's been doing this for a while, and it shows! Kevaughn truly is a Product Genius; his job title is very appropriate! He explained all my options to me in easy to understand terms, with a sense of humor  [not just a robot running through the buttons as fast as possible] he made sure I felt comfortable with each item before proceeding, but he also let me know that if that changes he's always there to answer any questions that may come up. And Kelli in Financing was a sweetheart, and a true professional; she made even the least fun part a breeze :  ) This was my first BMW purchase and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with New Country BMW!

Manny was such a pleasure to work with. From the minute I walked into the dealership I knew it would be a good day.  Manny walked me around the car and showed me all the great features the car had to offer.  He was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He was very easy to talk to and had a great personality.  Personality goes a long way.

I had the pleasure of working with Alan Himmelfarb on this second deal at Wide World of BMW. He was informative, helpful, and truly a professional gentleman to deal with. He was honest, friendly and closed the deal very swiftly. I would certainly return to work with him directly!

I leased two BMW’s from Wide World and had a great experience both times. Jerry was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and honest, which is hard to find in this industry. He negotiated a fair deal and kept to his word. I highly recommend him!
