All I can say is "Wow" what a great car shopping experience.I made an internet inquiry and received a very personal email from Chris Kinder asking If i had any questions or wanted to stop in. My husband and I stopped in to take a look. Long story short after viewing a few cars and receiving very reasonable prices including a trade in amount we decided to buy a car.  No hidden fees and no extra costs.  He wasn't pushy and let me say he doesn't have to be.   Quite a few people were there to see him (The secret is out! Chris is the "Car Whisperer") No gimmicks and no attitude. Just plain ole honesty. Imagine that, telling folks the truth so they can make a well informed purchase. Thank you Chris! The service was incredible, your honesty was refreshing and we LOVE our new car!

Absolutely the BEST car shopping experience ever. Chris Kinder was very professional and a complete joy to do business with. He was so helpful and worked with us 110% to do everything possible to make our purchase manageable. And we felt no pressure at all  My husband and I LOVE our new car. We drove 2 hours to go see this car not sure of the outcome and so happy we did. Great prices and great customer service. Chris made a new customer for life today. In the future we will happily drive that distance again to do business here.

My first dealer review.  Felt unneeded to share my experience with would be buyers.  I was looking for a Mazda Miata, coming off of a motorcycle phase, that ended in a broken shinbone. Saw CarGuru listed one at this dealership. Looked at reviews and made an appointment with Ed Grayon. 
I was skeptical, wasn't sure if Miata would fit the bill. Ed, was very pleasant to deal with on the floor, on the test drive and with closing the deal. I believe, that if it wasn't for his professionalism and calm "not pushy" demeanor as well as patience with explaining every detail and question, that closed this deal for me. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

Used to go to Wayne Mazda.
Was too busy and the que's too long all the time regardless you made an appointment.
It was just 15min drive from my place and not that busy. 
Service Rep was friendly and helpful.
Process was seamless.

Will definitely be there from now on.
