I hit a curb and busted a tire. Had to buy 4 instead of just 1 so they'd all match, which was fine with me. Everyone was very helpful and had my tires on in no time. Great experiencw.

Returning Customer! I have been here twice since writing this review. Once to replace all season tires on my Honda and the other time to buy winter tires and rims for my Mazda. Both times the store was very busy but I was always taken care of right away because I made an appointment. The staff were professional and helpful in helping me choose the right product for my needs. Special shout out to Kyle for his great customer service and integrity. When technicians were installing my rims, they accidentally dropped one causing a small dent. Kyle came to me immediately and apologized offering to order another one right away however, because the dent was so small, we worked out a discount on that rim. We were both happy. This location is definitely recommended and if you don't want to wait, make an appointment!

Kyle Neckel, I believe his name was, and Bill were both: the essence of professionalism, and [Kyle] so prompt that by the time I arrived half an hour early to my appointment he was already out the door greeting me, and completing our business. I, HIGHLY, recommend this store above all others because of their service. Thank you all!

We had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire located at 5720 E Woodmen Rd, Colorado Springs, CO with advisor Cristian. We decided to purchase new wheels and tires for our son’s car for his 16th birthday as a surprise to him. Of course, the type of wheel and tire package we were looking at was actually a set we found on a competitor’s website. But we’ve had great experiences purchasing wheels and tires prior for other vehicles and so we gave the store a call to see what they could do. Cristian happened to be the one that my husband spoke with and as is customary, said that Discount Tire offers wheels and tires too and after telling him that we only wanted the ones that we had seen on the other site, Cristian went to work finding out what he could do to accommodate us. We had also contacted another tire company (thinking that a small, local company might not be tied to selling certain products like a chain company might) but they told us there was nothing they could do to help us out, that that specific wheel was for that specific company. So needless to say, we didn’t have high hopes that Cristian would be able to make it happen. But to our amazement, he got it done and he got it done in time for our son’s birthday. Cristian was super helpful along the way, answering all of the questions we had for him being that we had only seen the package online, on a competitor’s site. I cannot say enough great things about our latest experience at that store. Everyone that works there was super friendly and made sure we were being taken care of the day we dropped the car off for the new wheels and tires. Our next purchase will be for some winter tires and given our experience, we will be going back to Discount Tire for those. Highly recommend them!!

First off, the wait time at this location has never been less than 3 hours unless you arrive as soon as they open. Yesterday was a 4 hot wait so I made an appointment being told I'd get in at that time and out within an hour. Got to the store a half hour early to make sure my appointment would be met. An hour after my original appointment time and car hasn't moved. Spoke with someone and was ensured that I'd be next and that somehow there was a mix up. 30 minutes later a different car gets brought in. Spoke with someone again. My car did go in next and came out 25 minutes later with 4 new tires. Everyone was friendly but this shop needs to get their system in order. Total time 2:40 with an appointment.
