I initially went in asking for a battery for my motorcycle. The manager states they had one and gave me a price. I told him I was a good consumer and had to shop around. He said to do that and then go online, order the battery and do store pickup. Doing this would save me 10%! I thanked him and after doing research, found they HD the best price before the discount. So I ordered and went to pick up. When I got there with my old battery, he asked if he could test it first to make sure it was actually bad. If it was good, he would charge it fully and refund the online purchase! I couldn't turn it down. Needless to say it was bad, but twice the employees at this store tried to save me money. That is something I can truly appreciate. I've been buying my batteries there ever since. A+ service and pricing.

treated very poor when trying to discuss issues with batteries I had purchased at this store.  The person that was working (said his name was Chandler) was extremely rude because we told him we had issues with the motorcycle battery.  He started to argue with us about how great the battery is, and when we told him we thought differently he got defensive and told us he "wasn't  going to do this with us".  I dont exactly know what he thought we were doing, but his attitude was far from what i would consider customer service.  We took our batteries and left, and went to a different store located on Austin Bluffs where we were treated much better and they worked to see what the issue might be, if anything at all.  I have a commercial account, and am contemplating closing it and finding an alternative solution for my bulbs and battery needs.

Excellent Customer Service.  Never had a problem with this store.  Highly RECOMEND for ALL of you Battery (and Bulb) needs.

Disappointed, to anyone who reads this, examine your phone thoroughly before you leave. My phone was back to pristine condition after i left, or at least i thought. The hardware that goes in the bottom of my phone was missing, and on top of that the screen itself was NOT fully in place. To be truthful this is my fault for not inspecting before i left, but i expect things to be done correctly if im paying for a service, let alone from "experts." Better off finding some guy in an alley, or just do it yourself, that way if you mess it up all you have to do is blame yourself!
