Very happy with our experience.  My son needed a clean late model used car and we specifically wanted a Nissan.  The people were professional but very friendly and accommodating.  We arrived fairly late in the day and needed to close the deal same day.  We negotiated a bit and arrived at what I thought was a very good deal.  Will definitely deal with them again!!!

I would avoid this dealership at all cost. They will say and do anything to sell you a car and after they have your money treat you like you're a inconvenience when problems arise. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Infiniti Q50s about three months ago. When we were going over the papers we were sold a package called the Benton Benefits. We were told that this package offered a paint correction and ceramic coating applied to the vehicle, etched windows( serves absolutely no purpose), car cleaning kit, window treatment, roadside assistance (usually provided from your insurance company)..... It was raining the day we bought the car so we were told to come back and have everything done. When I went back a month later they said that it's put on every car. Basically we were sold something that was already done and none of it is what they said it was. The only one benefiting is Benton because it's just a way to get more money out of you. I know not to purchase extra warranties but of course the salesman pushed and sold us a wheel and tire warranty. I stated before I purchased the warranty that I was changing the wheels. That would be no problem is what we were told. Well two months later after hitting a pot hole and trying to make a claim we were told we voided the warranty by changing the wheels. Of course it didn't matter what we were told and the salesmans is no longer there so this is all made out to be our fault. This has cost my family money we didn't have to throw away. All I know to do is post my story on every review I can find and try to keep people from spending their money at this crooked dealership. !!!!Stay away from Benton Nissan!!!!

Came in and bought a new Altima from Benton Nissan. Felt welcome there no pressure sales. Bob was our sales consultant and went the extra step to make sure we was happy with our purchase. These guys are awesome!

Great experience.  I felt like part of the family.  Everyone was awesome...especially the ones who would say "Roll Tide."  I worked with a salesman in training and he was terrific.  Everyone there was so willing to help one another.  Great atmosphere.
