The room was beautiful, smelled wonderful upon arrival, and the view is pretty much unmatched.  Staff was friendly and welcoming.  Parking wasn't even really a hassle even though the parking lot is pretty compact in just about every way.  We will definitely be staying here again.  Thank you for making our last night in Oregon so stress free!

The King Fireplace suite was great!  It was like a small apartment.  The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and the view overlooking the ocean was terrific!  Private access to the beach was so convenient.  We enjoyed the infinity spa and the free continental breakfast.  After a day spent walking in the rain, it was great to come into a warm environment smelling of fresh baked cookies with a warm fire.  The staff was friendly and seemed very committed to making sure our stay was comfortable.  We will stay here again.

Favorite place to stay in Newport. Easily a 5 star in every way, but had to give 4 stars because the bed wasn't comfortable. Love the infinity pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Fire pits are great with the view. Great rooms.

Amazing hotel, view overlooking the ocean. Would have got 5 star if it wasnt for the mix up with my credit card. They handled the situation very poorly.
 My fiance and I were trying to have a romantic dinner and they called me repeatedly in the middle of my dinner  after I had already told them I would straighten it out when I got back to the hotel. Nae Nae was a new employee there and was by far the kindest in the most accommodating out of any of the employees. She's the one of the biggest reasons they got 4 out of 5.  I hope she still works there she's an asset to them. 
 also we got the Romance package which is beautiful flower petals on the floor and bed, towels rolled up in the shape of swans kissing and champagne on ice when we walked in the room it really made the visit.

The family suite we stayed in was on the main floor, which was convenient for us to borrow movies or grab a coffee from the lobby. Bunk beds and a pull out couch in the bedroom, plus a TV and DVD player worked well for us. There was a heater and closet. The pull out bed was a typical mattress, not very comfy,  but ok. No blankets we're provided for the pullout, so we took them off the bunk beds since our little one has his own blanket. Our friend had the king bed in the main living area, which had a fireplace and a view of the hot tub and beach. Kitchenette included a mini fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink, etc. Bathroom had a tub/shower combo, sink, toilet. There were snacks in the room for purchase. Continental breakfast was included and consisted if the usual pastries, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit coffee, as well as some scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. The coffee was disappointing, and consistently had coffee grounds at the bottom. The hot tub was kept at 102 F, so it was great for adults, but too hot for our toddler. Overall the amenities met our expectations and our stay was an enjoyable one. Would recommend it.
