We went in today looking for a test drive and possibly a new car to buy. Yrad Pierre was very attentive and descriptive about the car we were instrested in. He tried each in every way to get a good deal for me. I highly recommend him if your looking for a new car.
Car shopping doesn't have to be stressful. In comes the Northwell Buying Program. Contacted Jake Brief and he explained it all to me and was very hands on with the entire process answering every question with class. I worked with Jim Duffy to complete the deal and i was never pressured or forced to buy a certain car or demanded a price was a price. It was all great talk and understanding though out it all. I love my 2025 Trax 1RS and wouldn't hesitate to go back here for my next one. Thank you Jake, Jim, and the entire Empire Team. Keep that understanding and patience with every customer and the sky is the limit for Empire!
I would give negative stars if I could. Make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing because they tell you one thing and then when you go in for service they ask you who told you that? And things you paid for aren’t covered. I paid a lot of money for the package to have my wheels and rims covered and I was told I would get a loaner vehicle when they would need to hold my car for 3 days. And now they wanna say they don’t give loaners out for that. I’ve called corporate because I wanted to cancel if they’re not going to keep their end of the deal. I called and spoke to Suzanne and she stated she would have a manager call me this was on 8/8 and still not one person has reached out. I called back today 9/6 no answer left a message. Came back to the Honda I got the car at and they told me they changed management and basically can’t help me because it was a deal I made with EMPIRE.
I just bought my second Ford Explorer from Empire Ford in Huntington, NY Long Island I couldn’t be happier , not only with the Ford Explorer, which I love , but with the service and overall treatment that I received from my Sales person Allie Brezinski , and the Finance manager , Jason Jautze. They make great team , Allie knew exactly what I needed as far as the vehicle I needed and what would fit my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, got everything done right away and made everything super easy for me . Jason did the same thing from a financial standpoint , he made it extremely easy , no stress and was a total pleasure to finish up the desk with and made it all happen with the numbers I needed to be at . The two of them make a great team , honestly , dealing with them at Empire Ford has been the best Experience I have ever had when buying a car/ truck . I will definitely be going back to buy my next vehicle from them . The entire staff has taken great care of me always ! Whether it’s sales , service or finance , I am extremely satisfied with Empire Ford . I look forward to the next time ! Thank you very much for everything ! I went there on Sunday to look at an SUB I was deciding between 2. The salesperson and finance guy were very nice. The manager frank not so much. They said I had to wait on financing I til Monday. Ok no problem. I said to let me know when it was ready and I would come down. I get a call and we say 2:30 and I’ll be there. They say the car is good to go. The car was on E. Literally 10 miles to empty, half cleaned and was not ready. Over 6 hours I waited. I signed the deal. Then I was told I can’t take the traverse. It didn’t pass 1/4 computer things for the registration. They give me a long lecture how it has to be driven 15 miles under 30 straight ahead no braking blah blah blah. They will deliver it to me by 3pm the latest tomorrow. Which is now Tuesday by 1pm Tuesday I did not hear anything. I call they say they’re working on it they would call me back. 3:30 I call wanting to cancel. They give a song and dance apology say they’ll have it to me in 1-1.5 hours. Well 5:30 rolls around 2 hours later and they say. 7/8 computers reset they have to wait. I would use extreme caution when going to this dealership they make false promises and their word is garbage as they do not stand behind their deals.
Overall I had a positive experience purchasing a car with support from Jake Brief using the Preferred Buying Program.
Do not buy a car from here. TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a car from Empire Honda which is now under Titan's motor group and when I gave them a call to get my second key fob, they said since they are no longer Empire, they can't give me my second key fob so they transferred me to "Empire Headquarters" and when I called them, they said since they are Toyota, they can't do anything. Initially, when I purchased my car from Empire Honda, they said they will mail me my spare key fob but that never happened and now I'm stuck in this loop between Titan motor group and "Empire Headquarters"/Empire Toyota. Empire as a whole seem super shady as they don't seem to any overarching headquarter and now I may have to pay 400-500 dollars for a key fob that shouldve been given to me from the beginning.
Dealership is awful…trade in was $6,000 I have paper from them but saying that was the amount I was getting but only applied $5,500 we didn’t notice since everything was rush rush after being there 5 hours to finish the deal. I should have know.. the day I was buying the car there was another customer complain they owe her money No one answers the phone or calls back If you leave a message on a mail that is no name saying who you are leaving it for…it’s a dead end I called empire Toyota for them to transfer me to get a live person Finally after 3 months spoke to someone that was sending me paper work where my lost $500 was and they never sent it..trying again today to get to the manager Sam Rivera or Rivero they don’t care even opened a case and have a case number with Mazda corporate and nothing the managers and head of empire are unreachable. No one will give you and email or anything I will say the service department was great then I brought my car back the next day and they video the work they do but we will see what happens if I actually need work done on the car
We want to show our appreciation from our heart to your team, especially Mr Browm n Tom for immediate action. We hade been frustrated to financial problem with Honda for last 6 months but they immediately took action n proceeded to resolve. Very knowledgeable n reliable. What a great feeling to know right Place n right persons to go. Tks again.
Don’t buy from Empire Auto dealerships. My wife and I bought a new 2022 Toyota RAV 4, and we over paid $3K of the actual value of the car. It was $2K for the “Market adjustment price” price gouging, plus additional $675 dealers fee, plus the additional sales tax. The $3K over charge was not and is not covered by the insurance companies in case of a total loss payout. We only had the car for 10 days before it was totaled in an accident. The insurance company is only paying for the value of the vehicle, not the additional $3K over charged by the dealership. We are now looking for another new car. If you don’t believe me, contact your own insurance company and ask if they will cover the extra “Market adjustment price” and any additional dealership fees. We basically got ripped off by Empire Auto.
