Easy from start to finish. Our salesperson, Chris J. was exceptional. We had been looking for a few months and with multiple dealerships but Chris was by far the most helpful and followed through on what he said. Would recommend CarMax- especially our salesperson Chris to friends and family. Helped us find what we where looking for within our price range. No pressure no haggle prices.

I had a great experience buying a car at Carmax. The staff was helpful without being pushy. With no haggle prices I knew what I was going to pay and didn't have to try and talk the price down. The car was in great shape when it was delivered and i would absolutely buy there again.

Very friendly, low pressure sales people here. You are free to walk around the lot by yourself and not have anybody with you if you prefer. One advantage here is that you know exactly what you're getting into ahead of time, with fixed no-haggle pricing on the cars and warranties. The drawback is that you could possibly get a better deal somewhere else, but you may have to hone up on your negotiation skills to do that.
