Bought my car from Hartford Toyota today. Everyone at the dealership is really nice and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Kaleb as my Sales Consultant. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in the field. Kaleb answered all my questions, walked me through the details of the car technology and truly took time to answer all my concerns. He also wrapped the car with a giant size bow! Brianna was my Finance manager. She was really fun and easy to work with. I was able to get all the paperwork done within 30 minutes. Thank you Hartford Toyota for fulfilling my dreams of getting a car I love during this trying times.

I had a vehicle purchased at Hartford Toyota. Omar Rivera was the sales person, he was very friendly, communicating at every step through email, call and very instrumental on my purchase. He covered details very well and did an excellent job before and post-sale. I will highly recommend Omar for someone looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle in CT. Reason for my 4 star rating is for the Finance, I had a better APR through my bank than going through the dealer to my Bank. Overall I would say a positive experience with Hartford Toyota.

Omar Rivera  You are the best sale consultant I met. Your service was excellent and you make feel so proud to visit your dealer at any given time. that is why I give you 5 start rating for diligence and your ability  for doing a good job. It was our first time here and the customer service was great. All of the people were polite and patient especially Jordan, he would go out of his way to help us see if we could get the best deal for the car we really wanted. The experience was great and I encourage you guys to come here if you are looking for a Toyota.

I would never purchase another vehicle from here again. This is my first Toyota purchase from what I hear Toyotas are  great cars the customer service on the other hand is horrible. When your shopping your going to get smiles and friendly conversation as soon as you cut the check all of that changes. Upon test driving a used pre owned certified 2019 highlander a piece that I pointed out was broken, I was told would be taken care of by the sales representative Brianna. Brianna assured me that everything would be taken care of. Two days later I am dealing with service on my own with no one in service knowing anything about a broken part. Not only do I have a broken piece of the back of the drivers chair not intact. A day later I am hearing a weird noise coming from the rear view mirror. I was told that my vehicle can not be inspected/serviced for another 2 weeks to see why this is happening. In addition to this the dealership is not honoring an warranty that is being advertised in the front of their store for certified used vehiclesLine 2 on this picture below states that ALL Pre Owned Certified Vehicles Have 1 year Of Free Matienance This is definitely false advertising.The original Carpets went missing, broken pieces and terrible communication. I am still praying that they refund me my deposit- this is so frightening to think that is this is happening in a matter of 48hrs of having purchased this vehicle.If this is the service that I am experiencing I can only fear how my vehicle may hold up based on what they told me was serviced previously. I was told that minorities dont get treated great by inmer city companies. I didn't want to believe this by now I do! I will be filing a report with the state attorney generals office as well as the better business bureau.

*Please do not buy a car here or trade in your used car here* BEWARE  *OMAR RIVERA was a salesman I worked with on 08/09/2022. Omar seemed very friendly at first, but then became more dishonest as our conversation continued. I wanted to trade in my used Jeep Wrangler, for a base level Tacoma. Unfortunately, we couldn’t agree on a price for a new Tacoma but they gave me a very fair deal to trade in my jeep, or so I thought. Omar sent me back home to get my title and insurance information and made photo copies of them. He then tried one last ditch effort to “convince” his sales manager to lower the price on the new Tacoma. During their conversation, I told him I appreciate it but I just wanted to sell them my car and be on the way.  He then told me he wouldn’t be able to write me a check for the Jeep today because the woman who signs the check isn’t there because HER FATHER DIED, and no one else could sign a check.  I thought this was suspicious as it is a large dealership but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and waited to hear from them the next day. Well, Today came and Omar called me to let me know they were backing out of buying the Jeep from me, for some technicality from a third party.  My Jeep is paid off, clean title, and they made me a cash offer in 10 minutes. Omar even wrote me a hand signed note of the deal.  It is truly disgusting that Hartford Toyota would make up a story of someone losing their father just to string me along  in the hopes of buying additional time to convince me purchase a new truck. Avoid this criminal place at all cost. Omar and his hiring manager are immoral and dishonest.

The entire staff at Toyota Hartford were absolutely incredible to work with. From my initial interaction with Richard McAllister who helped me select the perfect vehicle for me and my family balancing my financial and personal preferences to the gentleman that assessed my previous vehicle, to Ben who delivered my new vehicle in pristine condition and patiently explained how to use all the features of the vehicle to finally Andy who handled the financing part of the transaction with clarity and professionalism.  I highly recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle!

Loved our experience here. Omar was a great salesperson and Brianna was great with our financing. Even with having to order a car months in advance, great service and updates throughout the entire process. Thank you all!

My experience with Toyota Superstore was amazing. I went there on Sunday to see a car for my wife and on the middle of the week she already was driving the car on her daily routine. I’ve been to a few car places in Hartford and I haven’t met someone with so much knowledge and the patience to explain such a tech savvy vehicle  that my grandma was much interested in like the young man Kaleb. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and out of a vehicle but Kaleb was very patient and willing to repeat any answers he previously gave my grandma. I will be going to purchase a new vehicle very soon from him.
