Last time when I rent a car in Chattanooga TN airport, a female employee (I will try to recall her name) was literally threatening me by telling how much I am going to pay for a car accident and so on if I do not get their insurance. Her way of selling company services was completely unprofessional. Hopefully she will work her attitude out or find an appropriate job for herself! Dealing with customers definitely not for her.

Usually use a competitor for rental cars, checking on line, appeared that Enterprise would provide the best rate, but I was wrong.
First show up to the counter and even though I had a reservation the counter folks couldn't find it until I gave them my confirmation number.  Then the up-sell began, immediately asked if I wanted something different then I reserved, when I initially said no, then the car I reserved wasn't available but a different vehicle, in the same class, was.  The offered vehicle wasn't acceptable to me, so now I had a choice, walk away or take the up-sell vehicle.  Agreed to take the up-sell vehicle after I was given a price.  Then the contract was built and all of a sudden the price is more than quoted, after a "discussion", the price was lowered to the price quoted.  Finally left the counter 20 mins after arriving (should have taken 5 mins).  Get in the car  and left.  The car was a nice vehicle, but it was not prepped for rental.  The inside windows were so dirty I had to clean them , the windshield wipers streaked so much you couldn't see so I bought a $3 replacement.  Ultimately the rental cost me more than the competitor and certainly wasn't a pleasant experience.

Maybe they treat their high value repeat customer's better.......

The Chattanooga airport is a very small terminal, but Enterprise is on site; it is located right across from the baggage claim area.  The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process of renting a car took less than 15 minutes. Returning the vehicle was just as easy.

I had a rental car with loose front bumper that I did not catch when I picked it up. I requested to switch to another car on the next day. They didnt question and gave me an free upgrade instead. Great service!

In and out in no time at all!  The agent was very helpful and professional.  The return process was seamless.  Enterprise is definitely our preferred rental car agency.
