My insurance company had a reservation for me, and I was supposed to simply be able to call and request a pick up. I called and was left on hold for 16 minutes. Yes, I’m the idiot that stays on hold for 16 minutes bc I hooked my Bluetooth up and laid the phone down and forgot I was on the phone until someone else called me.  This experience made me know for sure I will never use Hertz again! 
I tried calling 17 times over a 3 hour span and no one ever answered the phone! I finally called the corporate office and they tried to call as well and no luck. They “escalated” it to the management team and I was supposed to get a phone call from someone within the hour, which I never received. I finally drove downtown, 42 miles away and went to the office where I was treated very rudely and told we are too busy to answer the phones! Seriously!???
I tried to call Jason Ralston the District Manager and of course he is obviously too busy to answer the phone as well and never called me back as well. 
Pretty sure I’ll never use Hertz again at my own cost.

My main complaint is that the car was brought out for the walk around right after the wash. Couldn't see anything because it was wet. I called the next day explained, however, that since the drying, I noticed the car was very scratched. Didn't have any other problems than that. Very professional and friendly drivers.

This is the most horrible hertz i have ever been to . The customer service is terrible, one of the employees don’t have the personality nor attitude for a job like this . If you’re going to work customer service you have to ACTUALLY like dealing with customers ! I keep calling every week to get my deposit back , the first time i called a man said it will be mailed . He didn’t sound interested in what i had to say nor did he look up my information to see what was going on luckily the second time i called another man looked into it and had his boss review it and apologized that they did not mail it , then said he was going to mail it . the third time i called he said he was going to look into it then give me a call back . I don’t know what kind of scam shop they are trying to run but i will not be a victim . The car was great and ran great but please hire new employees!

Very friendly! The staff was very friendly and the service was amazing when we needed a car quickly! Would recommend to anyone.
