Rented a truck from the Fells Point location, had my car worked on in Rosedale and had the Middle River location pick up the truck less than 24 hours after I rented it. Fast forward 7 days later and the Middle River location still hasn't picked the truck up from the auto body shop and are trying to charge me for the entire week its been sitting there. On top of that an associate by the name of Shelby gave me some major attitude on the phone. The other girl was very nice though. Hope y'all get it together. Sounds like some additional training or some new employees are in order. Good luck!

This was my first time at this location. I came in and was properly greeted by the staff and had a great experience. Even though there was the usual wait, they staff made the visit very enjoyable for pickup and return. They're always on top of their customer service (making sure everyone is comfortable, offering bottled water, etc) and everyone was very courteous.

The office is located right next to Lumber Liquidators. It is spacious, clean, and the office equipment is well-organized. The staff members are presentable, friendly and courteous. If you are looking for the Keurig Coffee Maker, don't bother. Because you will not find one. But ask for a cup of water, and someone will bring it to you. Remember: Enterprise will pick you up, when you need to rent a vehicle.

I had the pleasure of having Tom as my enterprise guy and he was absolutely awesome. He executed perfect and laid back customer services where I felt comfortable to rent. Next time I rent it will surely be from Tom. The pick up was great and the drop off was smooth. Great job Tom
