I've been travelling on business for the past 25 years. The National Car Rental Team at the Atlanta airport located at 2200 Rental Car Cntr Pkwy is in my opinion the benchmark. By far the best service focused group of individuals in the market. Renting a car is hassle free. Resolving a claim is professionally managed. Lost and Found is on top of their game. The best all around. Thank you.

National Car Rental has ALWAYS come through for me in many situations. They have consistently met ANY need or schedule change I've had since I travel nationally about 75% of the time. I've been an Executive member for years now and they make sure you're well taken care of at every location. Louisville, KY needs a look at by Regional or Senior customer service management. The ONLY ONE location I've come across that have no customer service skills and I'm there 20 times per year. I have no doubt that will change for the better. Out of 25 locations I visit, that still gives National a 5 star rating.

Being an Emerald Club member with National is SWEET. Place your reservation online or via phone and show up at the National Car Rental. You walk straight to the cars and bypass the counter. No line. Have your licence and credit card out. Real easy. The cars are always crisp. I'm glad I signed up.

Generally, working with National is a super-convenient an painless process.  I especially like their "counter bypass" feature which allows Emerald Club members to go directly to their selection of vehicles, and roll. The cars are always clean and full of gas, and the employees are always courteous and helpful.  I'm shorting NCR one star because their rewards program seems a bit lacking.  I don't quite understand how I earn rental credits toward free days on some rentals, but not others.

The Emerald Isle is the one of the best ways to select a car that will fit the way that you want to drive.  There is usually a good variety of cars to select from.  The  car I selected served my needs very well.
