Lore Balde who is the branch manager had a very poor attitude and was very difficult to deal with when I had a problem. My rental would not start and was stuck in my driveway. I returned in a different vehicle hoping for assistance.  She looked at me and told me i should call road side assistance.... I looked at her in dismay. She told me the number it was in my rental packet. Never offered to call or set up. I asked her if  would could terminate the vehicle rental that was scheduled indefinitely due to a car body shop repair. She told me not until the vehicle was back. She then looked at me and said, she didn't know what she wanted me to do. She wasn't the tow truck company.... unbelivable !

Everything regarding the actual vehicle itself and the ease of the rental process was fine. And if it weren't for the nightmare of incorrect billing and poor customer service in the weeks and months afterward, this place wouldn't be so bad.

Through a billing error I was charged $175 dollars that I wasn't supposed to be charged...a month later. So, a solid month after the actual rental I see this charge pop up on my bank account. I immediately called and asked what it was about and was explained it was an error, and that I would receive a refund in 7 to 14 business days.

Two weeks go by and nothing. I called the manager, Ms. Wolfe, back and she stated that these things could take some time but she would contact the billing department to check the status and call me back. She never called back. 

Another month goes by. Still nothing. I actually go down there in person. Ms. Wolfe acts aloof about the situation, says the same thing about how she put in for the refund and these things could take some time (even though she initially said it would take two weeks) and says she will call me back. She never does.

Yet another month rolls around. Three months after the initial rental. Still no refund. I'm starting to get pissed. I don't know about you, but $175 is quite a chunk of change for me. I decide to call the national customer service line. They are just as difficult to work with. Can't find the record, and end up transferring me back to the local office after I had already told them the local office had failed to help me. I call the national customer service number back again, go through the whole explanation a 2nd time. This time the guy tells me that he says where Ms. Wolfe put in for a refund but that the request was incomplete and she needed to fix it.

Now I'm trying to call the local office back and they won't answer the phone....

My Insurance company paid for  rental from February 5 2016 to March 9 2016. I was billed  $957.00. The corporate office removed $410.00 for illegal personal insurance that is not mandatory, but refuses to credit over $547.00 back to my account. Have proof of double billing. Also, filled up gas tank at station one block from return center. Was charged  $18.00 for Fuel it didn't need.

Terrible customer service from a girl with brown hair up in bun on top of her head.
I was quoted $35 a day. Online quote was $19. Still tried to charge me $35 when I arrived to pick the car up.  I was told the lady that quoted me the price match didn't know what she was talking about it was not going to be honored.  I explained that I would not be using them and she changed her mind after a few minutes - however when I brought the car back she charged me for an extra day because I didn't bring the car back " on time "  she told me that the car was due back at 10 AM however she forgot to tell me that whenever I picked up the vehicle.
