worst experience. got to Enterprise and they didn't have a car ready. The one I got was "cleaned" but felt dirty. their computer system was down so it took for EVER. And, then I found out that they don't allow you to leave your car in their lot. That was the entire reason I went there. I was furious and had to park at a church downtown. Overall, bad experience. The people tried but you can only be as good as your company and this one stunk! Never will go to the downtown Chattanooga location again.

I rent once a week and this is the best run car rental business in the chattaniiga area!  IIhave been to them all.  The prices are always lower than competitors and they have staffed this site well. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes from entering the site to driving off the lot. All employees are professional.

Car wasn’t clean personal items were left in suv from prior renter and staff was not as friendly and didn’t make me feel as comfortable and welcome as prior staff at this location did

I always love renting from Enterprise because they make it so easy.  Their staff is so friendly and helpful.  I only dropped one star because I have noticed with the last 2-3 rentals that they are not keeping the cars as clean as they used to (dirty windshields and less than thorough vacuuming etc.). Not a big deal just not what I’ve grown used to over the years.

Everything was handled professionally.  I rented the car via internet and do have a suggestion. Instead of "What is needed at check in time" in small print, it would be more beneficial in the beginning of your web page for information. Example: please bring a piece of mail, preferably a utility bill, to show name and address and also to make sure it is not cash payment and the $150.00 deposit will be taken at time of payment and returned within 48 hours after rental is returned.   
I have used Enterprise several times and will continue to do so.   Thank you.
