I love this location.  All of the staff is friendly.  I am especially fun of Donovan.  He's so helpful and always greet you with a pleasant smile.  I have to schedule for pick ups and they are always on time.  This staff is a perfect ten!!!!

Rented a SUV and it smelled like smoke, I thought if I sprayed it with some air freshener it would help. No it didn't and when I turned the heat on the scent got worse! Let's just say the heat allowed me to know it wasn't cigarette smoke 🤔😒😒😐😨! I thank God I didn't get pulled over by the cops!

Excellent & Fast Service, as usual, but they were a little too fast this time.lol. My vehicle wasnt as fully washed as I would like, but on my trip I had to patch a tire to continue my travel, and they re-inversed me for what I paid. Thank You Enterprise.

Had a long wait to get the car but in was ok because the store manager went out of his way to help me. He absolutely didn't have too. They have nice and friendly staff. And even a guy who looks like a young Barack Obama. Thank you guys.

My experience with Enterprise was good as usual because I have been renting cars from Enterprise for the past 8 years.  The State Street location is convenient for me because it is near my residence and work and the major Interstates I-55 and I-20.  It was easy to book online and the cars are clean and new and equipped all the modern technology.  My only complaint is the time it takes to get in and out. It can take up to an hour to complete your transaction and pick up your rental.
