Usually a pleasant experience w/ the employees, although the cars have not been ready 2 out of the 3 times I've rented there, even w/ me making a reservation several days in advance.

I would also note that this most recent rental was a new Chevy Cruze - very nice car. But renters need to be informed about the "Auto Stop" feature which causes the engine to quit while sitting at stop lights. It's a good feature, but is definitely unnerving to have that happen when you don't know about it! The rental company needs to tell renters about that feature so they won't freak out when their car dies at a traffic light!

The service was great!! But when I got in the car it was a very very strong nasty smell,, when I got to my home and went up stairs to get my daughter's and husband and when returning back to the truck my husband was very upset that the car smell like drugs(WEED)!!! It was so bad that we had to ride with are windows down,,, I called back to the Enterprise and the service guy was very sorry and said he was gonna switch the truck out but he never did call me back and by then the office was close..
