I was very disappointed in my rental experience.  I got a car that had both the front and rear seats so stained that I didn't really want to sit in them.  The check engine light was on at the time of the rental, and I was told "it will go out after 10-15 minutes".  450 miles later, the light stayed on.  No washer fluid to clear the windshield, and the interior windows were so film covered that it was hard to see out of them at night.

I was also given a rental car with no cruise control, even though my rental was clearly a 1-way rental with 450 miles of driving.  Felt like I was given the worst car in their inventory at the origin location, since it was going to be taken one way to another state/location.

Again, very disappointed in my experience and likely will not rent from Enterprise again.

Reservation department the people are very rude. They hang up on you or rush you off of the phone. When you make a reservation and go to pick up the car they never have any. What's the point in a reservation if they don't have a car reserved. The meaning of the word reserve is to save. With that being said reservations mean nothing to these people. They actually deserve no stars

Its always a pleasure when I rent from Enterprise. The process is quick, the cars are well kept, and the prices are fairly decent.
