Best experience we've ever had at an Enterprise location!  Staff was very friendly and courteous! We even got a mid-week call to see if everything was satisfactory!! Highly recommend!

Very busy and not enough staff. Nobody answered the phone and we weren't able to get picked up for a couple hours after our rental time.

I was happy with the customer service I received at this Enterprise location. It was a hot day and I was offered cold bottled water, which was a small touch that went a long way. The car was in great condition and drove smoothly. The only negative taste in my mouth was the daily fee policy. I only needed a vehicle for less than 24 hours but due to their weekend hours being limited, I needed to pay for two full days. That stung. If it wasn't an emergency I would have taken the time to explore other options and might not have ended up going with Enterprise at all.

Melissa Keehn was wonderful to deal with. I'd only rent vehicles from this Enterprise location. The staff here are very efficient with what they do. She had us in and out within about 15 minutes. Over the years and multiple times that I've rented from here, never had any problems.

Overcharged me. Gave me a smaller car than I paid for but I didn't find out until I checked my rewards account. Paid for a full size but only got a midsize. No response from Enterprise when I complained.
