Orlando Airport Sixt... Great experience, better than Hertz. The shuttle came on-time, it was clean and driver was nice. At the office the staff offered water and a super fast customer service. Restrooms were clean. Nothing fancy, but clean. They set me up with a Suburban in a matter of minutes and the car was new and clean. Honestly, their prices are awesome and the service and quality great. I actually thought they were suspiciously good. But no, they were really great! Keep up with the great service!

Absolutely marvelous! I had a situation where I was missing a small piece of necessary paperwork. The agent called the boss who spoke with me and instantly gave her the okay to let me take the rental. Not too many places would do that. Great prices, great staff, amazing owner! I would recommend it to anyone. I drove 30 miles because the prices were less than renting locally. I will go there from now on whether it's a better price or not. The experience was that good.

By far the best rental car experience we've ever had. Fast, courteous service, impeccable facility and car, reasonable prices and they even had travel amenities in the bathroom. Definitely a step above.

Not many cars. Some in poor condition. The nice cars shown on the web site are non-existent. Be prepared to be disappointed, but take the discount offered. At the end of the day, you will get a good deal.

I had never heard of Sixt before this rental.  

Most of this rental experience was excellent:  
friendly service
location opened at 6:00 am so I could take an early flight out
price was reasonable
they brought the car to me (instead of having to find a car in a numbered parking lot)
convenient location

The only room for improvement is I had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for pick up to the Sixt rental location.  Other "big name" shuttles came by 3-4 times before I was picked up.  However, once, they arrived, the driver was very courteous, the ride was short, and the condition of the Mercedes shuttle van was excellent.

I would certainly recommend this company.
