My experience was fair. The day I came in there were not many vehicles from being so busy and others customers needing vehicle. I felt that Enterprise employees handle themselves professionally while dealing with some unhappy customers. I didn't get the car I reserved, but the employees took care of me and made sure I was happy before leaving.

The driver who picked me up as well as the gentleman who helped me at the office were very professional and courteous. They service was excellent. we rented a van and it was in great condition and it ran great. When I returned the vehicle the service I received was again excellent. I have no complaints and I will be using there location again in the future.

I have used this location for many year's. The customer service, is second to none. It's a small location, but everytime I walk through the door....I'm treated like royalty! I met Dustin before they had a real office. They were working out of a trailer. I would rather go to the main Street office in Darby...because Everybody knows my name... Cheers!!!!!!
