This review is for the rental office they have there.

I rented a truck here by reserving through Budget.

My reservation online was what I expected to pay for plus mileage when I was done with the truck.

However, the respresentative titled on the receipt as "CERIMS" snuck a "limited damage waiver" charge on there without asking me to accept or decline. This was an additional cost that I did not authorize. When contacting Budget, they could not refund it claiming I accepted the coverage.

This is not true. My bill said $0 at signing, and again, I was charged an additional amount without being asked to accept or decline or anyone making note of the change to my reservation.

It's theft. It's theft that looks like I wanted it because I signed the $0 receipt at pick up. They hope for customers like me to not go line by line on the pick up form. I shouldn't have to; I made my reservation the way I wanted it and that's what I expected. They don't charge you until you drop off the truck, and I dropped it off after hours so there was no review of the charges in total to be billed.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Great people Great place to rent a truck. They always take care of me and treat me like an old friend. My trucks always run well and are always ready when i arrive. I would recommend jomar to anyone i know.

Do NOT go here! I had a reservation for 3 weeks and got a call that they will be closed for no reason and can't give me a truck. Mike is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't know a horrible business. Trust me, save yourself the aggravation and frustration of Jomar. Go somewhere else!
