Another successful rental from Enterprise. Staff is always very friendly, attentive and responsive. In fact, I am not sure anyone else has staff this focused on customer service and satisfaction. My ONLY complaint, is the check in process. If there are any others ahead of you the time it takes to get your car is substantially longer, simply because the person that checks you in, also walks you to the car and does the inspection. 

When I picked up my car, there were two times the four agents working were all gone taking customers to cars. To me that slows down the process significantly. 

My suggestion is keep the check in agents at the counter...

Friendly staff.  I chose the "Let us choose your car" option when I reserved and ended up with a Ford SUV-type car. Just perfect! The rep took a look at my 6'3", 200-lb. companion and immediately looked for a car on the lot that would be comfortable for a big and tall person to get in and out of.  All for a bargain price.  No hassles returning. Lot was full of returns, but we were attended to immediately.

Very good service. I rented one way from airport for a local return. The service was fast, the associate was polite, very helpful and got me out of the parking lot in no time. They even provided a snack and water bottle for the way. Was pleasantly delighted especially after a long flight. Good job and keep it up

This was my first trip to Pennsylvania and enterprise made my experience even more pleasant. As we arrived at the airport it was quick and easy to spot a enterprise shuttle to then took us to the office to pick up a rental. At the location employees were waiting and ready to help. The gentleman who helped me was professional and friendly. Since I had mentioned it was my first trip there he recommended a place to grab a Philly cheese steak sandwich, in which I appreciated his effort. I've been using enterprise car rentals for about 3 years and wouldn't use any other rental company. Thank you!

I had to stop and get wipes to clean the interior...  White cream all over the wheel.  Also the person at the counter is also the person getting you set in your car..  Make lines build quick!  hope your at the front.
Beyond that price are far and typically the service at other locations is great.
