Good overall experience the last 2 Hertz rentals.  The only improvement would be to have all return attendants offer a printed receipt... now there are different return lanes depending on whether or not you want a printed receipt.  Just allow all attendants to off this..

Excellent service! The concierge was great. Very easy transition from the airport. I definitely would recommend Hertz.

Found this place to be terribly mismanaged. The manager on duty, Tina Trepalova (maybe misspelled because she tried to avoid giving me her name) was extremely rude to me. I am always very careful to arrange all of my car rental details in advance, because I travel with small children, usually on a red-eye from the west coast. This location did not have what I ordered, and was forced to wait in the cold for nearly an hour with sleep-deprived kids. When the manager (Tina) finally did show up to me, she was extraordinarily rude,  and offered me a meager discount. When I returned the car, I found that she did not even give me the discount. To make matters worse, Hertz national customer service is hardly any help with this. I've had good experiences with Hertz elsewhere, but this was so bad that I'll think hard about whether I'll use them again. Probably worth a few bucks extra to go with Enterprise. I'll certainly never use the PHL location again.

Excellent customer service and top of the line vehicle. Smooth experience. Will definitely rent from you guys every time.

I rented a car and thought the service at the airport area counter was helpful. I didn't have to wait long for a bus. I would rent from them again.😊
