The reason I give 5 stars is because I really enjoyed the rental car  (it was Ford pick up truck). It was new and big but easy to control. I didn't know enterprise have this kind of cars...
The customer service was great. I have to wait for a while  (many people pick up or return cars). So I observed how employees handle different types of situations. I could feel they really care to make each customer happy, comfortable and satisfied.

I have been renting from the Rosemead location for a very long time. This is my second month at this location and the service i received is out of this world. The staff was very pleasant and answer all my questions. Very helpful.  Hope to have a long relationship with this location. I am rating this location a 5 star.

Had a few issues initially with the pick up from my auto repair shop however once I arrived at the location to get my rental car the representative was extremely apologetic and as a courtesy at no cost to me she upgraded my rental car from a compact to a luxury rental car to compensate me for all of the confusion and frustration I experienced...now this is a perfect example of the performance of "customer service!" Great job Enterprise!  Keep doing what you do I will definitely be a "customer for life!"👏👍😀

When I was finally helped everything was fine. However, I walked in and there were 4 people sitting and 2 standing. None of the employees acknowledged my presents, no good afternoon, no someone will be with you!! So I stood there over 20 minutes and was finally asked my name and are you picking up or returning? Have a seat and we will help you in a few minutes. REALLY?!?!
A little courtesy goes a long way, act like you are happy I am spending my money with you.

Never renting from this location again! Haven't been able to drive their car for two days, and when my mom called them yesterday to tell them, their response was for her to take the car to Pep Boys to have them take a look because they didn't have a replacement car for her. I called them myself today telling them they needed to come and pick up their car because it was leaking oil all over the place in our drive way and apparently they have a roadside assistance service that could have gotten that car picked up and another delivered to her. But then they didn't write the address correctly so they sent the driver to the opposite end of the county. Clearly they are completely inept! I'd rather drive to Santa Monica where they have way better customer service.
