This location is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST. You'll find no corner cutting, or special treatment; everyone is fair by the book and knows their stuff. That is to be appreciated. Bea and Ms. Lisa at the counter are amazing. The staff is completely polished from the counter to the runners. Literally everyone knows what they're talking about and what is expected of them from National. This is a well oiled machine at LAX. Did I mention they have the best vehicles and best specials. I ONLY RENT FROM NATIONAL.

Got a cool car. No hassles. Was on the road in 10 minutes once I got to National. Takes forever to get there but that's LAX. Dropped off the car on the return in less than 10 minutes as well. National is a great car rental company.  I just wish they weren't so expensive.  If it weren't for my corporate discount I could not afford them.

Best car rental experience when you're an Emerald club member. Just walked straight to the car aisle and picked out a Jeep SUV, while only paying mid size rate. Drop off was completed in seconds. Great service and value.

Great staff and good selection of cars. No Grand Cherokee in Executive when we arrived, but we just asked one of the many smiling staff and she quickly brought one up for us straight out of the car wash.

The shuttle is also super convenient and we did not have to wait long in either direction. We travelled in and out of terminal 6, and we had no problem with the shuttle being full. There's so many shuttles that are constantly circulating, so it doesn't seem to be a problem. Very courteous  drivers too, who were more than happy to help with the luggage.

Drop off was also very convenient. No line-up and very efficient, and the shuttle was waiting right next to the drop-off point.

Would definitely rent from this National location again.

National was up to the task, the car was clean and ready working well for the entire trip.  When we arrived at LAX we forgot to pickup the car seat for our daughter but the National bus driver took my wife back to the terminal to retrieve it.  LAX and surrounding area is experiencing a lot of construction which increased the time it takes to get the car returned and the get to the Terminal.  Not National's fault but drivers should be aware.
