Loved my experience with the company! The funny thing is, I rented from them in December of 2015 when I was 21. The instructions to the pick up station (we landed at LAX) were clear, the man who helped us was very sweet and made sure to clean if off a bit before handing us the car at their place. He even moved our luggage around for us. The girl who had us sign the documents wasn't super friendly but she wasn't rude so I'm not going to whine about that. The cool thing is the car ended up being a pretty new-looking car (one of those sleeker Ford or Chevy sedans) when i expected a little old Corolla so that was a nice surprise! It was nice and I roadtripped it all through California when I was there. They were charged for a toll fee when I took the SF Bridge (oops) and they called me to tell me they were going to take it out of my card on file. I appreciated the heads up because it was a few weeks later. Anyway, I came to write this review because I'm miss this company as I've travelled around more and had to deal with how much other agencies charge for under 25. SAD! Also I hope the sweet Hispanic man is still there, he's awesome (unless he's off doing bigger and better things of course)!

Great service for anyone visiting the LA area. Visited for a week from Toronto as a 24 year old driver. Other companies were charging through the roof, but Super Cheap Car Rental was great! Instructions provided on where to meet near the airport was very clear. Staff were great and very accommodating. We opted for an older car to save some money. We were given an older Hyundai Elantra but everything was smooth and there was no issues with the vehicle. There was some damage on the vehicle (scratches, marks) but was very clearly noted by staff on signed documents so no additional fees would be charged upon drop off. Overall, great experience and will definitely rent from Super Cheap Car Rental again!

Best price I could find. Car was more scratched up than other rentals I've had in the past but that did not bother me at all. The staff were very nice and professional. Most importantly, there was no wait unlike the other budget car rental places in the area.

Renting a car with Super Cheap Car in Los Angeles has been a very pleasant experience, Yayoi and Vivian are great people to work with! I was picked up within 5 minutes of calling that I was at the green line aviation station, and the rental facility was very close by. I got a newer Toyota Corolla, and despite the dents and scratches; I didn't really mind it because the point was for the car to serve its purpose which is to safely transport you from point A to point B. As for being a renter under 25 years old, you really can't beat the quality and service that Super Cheap Car has to offer to people under 25 years old. I would definitely rent at Super Cheap Car again!

This place was great. They picked us up quickly at the airport and dropped us back at the end of our trip. We drove a 2009 Toyata Corolla which wasn't expensive and worked well enough for us. The staff were super professional and the overall experience was awesome! We highly recommend this car rental place to anyone interested in saving a penny or 2 and do not mind older cars without the bells and whistles.
