We are a Los Angeles Rental Car Agency offering services to those within the los angeles area. We are located in the beautiful city of Pasadena California and have recently opened our new much larger second location near LAX for our customers traveling convenience. We have the best prices in town and offer great service for the best price. We pickup and drop off for free if located within 7 miles radius. We stock everything from economy cars to family sized SUV’s, Vans and pick-up trucks. Renting a car with our company has never been easier. We offer excellent monthly packages. I have never had a better experience renting a car.  The staff was friendly and, though they have no formal shuttle, they personally drove me back to the airport after I dropped my rental off.  When picking the car up, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.  Because this is a smaller, family-owned company, I recommend calling prior to visiting to ensure the car you are interested is available.  I will exclusively rent from Value Rental Car whenever I am in Los Angeles.

Went to LA for a week and realized on the first day that I practically couldn't do anything without a car. Hurriedly looked up a few rental places nearby and this place had RAVE reviews. I thought it would be worth a call so I did and it was the BEST thing I did! I normally don't write reviews but wow this place was super friendly and answered all of my questions on phone, they came to pick me up at the hotel, registration was super quick, and all of the staff were just so nice that it felt like I was borrowing a car from an old friend. The prices are super cheap as well. If your'e looking for a normal and affordable car that you can borrow without hassle I totally recommend Value Rental.

We had the most amazing customer service at Value Rental Cars. We booked online the night before and arrived first thing the next morning to collect the car. All the signing and admin didn't take long and was done efficiently. The service we had was incredible, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and even provided us with some hints and tips about traveling in and around LA. The price was great and well worth it.  I'd definitely recommend this car rental company to anyone.

First off let me just say I am a person with bad credit so finding a rental place that would let me rent a car was tough. If you are a person with bad credit or no credit or simply just want to pay with cash or a debit card, this is the place to go. I am 23 years old, I am insured, i have my drivers license, and I have the funds, which was all I needed. They do not check your credit score. I tried hertz and thrifty and they were just horrible! I was thinking about just giving up until I emailed this place. They sent me a confirmation email saying someone would get back to me shortly. About an hour passed and I didn't hear anything so I called the place and Gabriella answered, I gave her my info and she said she would get back to me as soon as she found out what time another customer would be returning a car. Keep in mind this is a small business owned rental place so they so have few cars to choose from. I waited a while for her call and then she called me back and asked if I was interested and I said yes. All I needed was my drivers license, proof of insurance, and proof of residence. When I submitted the reservation I did select that my payment would be debit so I also took my debit card with me and they do place a $350 dollar hold on your card which they do mention at the time of signing the contract. I would say that they are professional and I would definitely recommend them to family/friends. I would also definitely choose them again for future reference. Gabriella was really nice and helpful and even gave me her personal cell number for anything that I needed or had any questions about. Great job value rental!
