They provided my car within 15 minutes.  An upgrade from what I had ordered.  It was spotlessly clean.  They were friendly, professional.  When I returned the car, it took less than 10 minutes.  Super friendly.  Affordable.  Great experience.

Requirements for rental not clear until arrival. Very unfriendly. Corporate office suggested solution that local office rejected. At Hertz down the street and they are quick and helpful. Go there! Memorial Blvd.

Lakeland Enterprise has provided me with a nice car while my truck was in the shop for a couple of days on 2 ocasions. Quick, easy and friendly service. No hassles, plus pickup at the repair shop. Will continue to rent from you!

The car wasn't ready when we arrived.  

When we did get the car, it had been rinsed off, but not really washed.  When the rinse water dried, it left hard water spots on the windshield, side windows, and mirrors.  I had to clean those myself later (so I could see - that's how bad they were).  The interior also wasn't ready - the windshield and inside rear view mirror were dirty, and had to be cleaned later.

The car (2016 Nissan Maxima) was equipped with factory navigation, but it was disabled by the rental agency.  That also meant that other default values, such as the clock, radio station/band, and volume, were impossible to change.  So I had a very nice car (for a week) that I couldn't use the navigation system on, change the time on the clock, maintain a certain radio station or default volume.  

I rented the car in Lakeland and had to travel out of state, so I didn't have the luxury of taking it back the next day.  

When I finally returned the car, I was offered a comp day on my next rental.
