The car I ended up with was lovely, I now know that if you are traveling with luggage however you need a mini van, or a luggage rack. The newer cars are just not made for people and luggage. I would rent from enterprise again, the prices are competitive. The staff was nice.

We booked way in advanced and was able to secure our premium vehicle. I called all the other car rentals in the area and we definitely got the best deal with enterprise! They were HUNDREDS less. Anyway thanks for the exceptional costumer service.

While visiting Winter Haven for a wedding my car broke down and I took it to the local Chevrolet dealer.  Since the repair would take several days, I had to rent a car locally.  The Chevrolet dealer referred me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  I was picked up at my hotel and taken to the Enterprise store on Cypress Gardens Blvd. where Camille took care of my dilemma.  The car she got for me was a mid-size SUV and was perfect as was the price!  Camille was helpful and friendly, very efficient and professional and made the best of an otherwise bad experience. All of the other personnel at this Enterprise location were cheerful and friendly. The car I rented was just what I needed and the return five days later was just as smooth.

Quick & Easy!!!  Made the reservation on-line.  They came to pick me up and I returned it to the airport before my flight!  I will be renting again soon.
