The agent I had and forgive me I can't remember his name but I have his card, gave me a brand new car absolutely no miles on it at all it was great. New car smell SUV fantastic ride. I definitely like dealing with Enterprise.

Avoid this location all together. There was only one person working at the counter, on a Saturday and the wait on line was extremely long. My 10 am reservation clearly turned into an 11:15 reservation. Then waiting outside for another 15-20 mins for the car to be pulled around was another headache. Especially because of the valet area. The car itself was dirty. Dead bugs all over and a huge scratch from the front door all the way to the rear of the car. I was mortified! I was given this car because they "ran out of everything else". If visiting Orlando definitely rent elsewhere because this location and the customer service sucks.

Easy, accurate reservation.   Timely pickup and safe transfer to the pickup site.   Friendly greetings and professional service from all Enterprise employees.  Clean car that functioned flawlessly.   Smooth,  easy return at a different location.   Great job by all.

Total Shambles!!
Nearly rented a car through experia (third party) to collect at enterprise. (Rosen Hotel Orlando)
I never got the car as enterprise wanted an extra €25.00 dollars for insurance for the car per day. I had already paid experia for collision damage.
I only want car for 2 days!!
Then to be told there was extra money that i needed to pay on top of the rental and insurance. In total that wanted nearly €250.00 dollars for 2 days.. Not €93.00 what i was intially told by experia. 
I spoke to experia and they called enteprise directly and were informed of extra charges which are not disclosed until you return car. 
Enterprise are a rip of. Trying to con tourists. 
The last part of mine and my childrens holiday is ruined now as we cant get to the beach as its too far away by bus..
