I really like and enjoy renting vehicles from Enterprise rent a car. I have used their car rental services for years. I have never displeased or dissatisfied ,and I get to enjoy using vehicles that I would never get a chance to drive otherwise. The vehicles are always in good condition and reasonably clean. the customer service that I receive is off the chain and the employees are always polite, kind and informative. Enterprise rent a car is the only rent a car agency that I patronize due to their great service and how easy the process is to get your rental car. I never have a long wait even when there is a line of customers waiting to be served. I recommend Enterprise rent a car to family and friends and to anyone that is looking for an outstanding rental car agency that will treat you like royalty.

Disappointing 105 minute experience; nice recovery - I had a reservation for a midsize car.  There was a couple at the desk and one woman ahead of me.  For whatever reason, the clerk there could not resolve the problem for the couple.  Then a couple came in behind me.  My attempts to talk to the woman were met with silent points back to the couple she was working with and there was no one else, except on the phone.  35 minutes later, a man in a suit came in and motioned to the woman in front of me.  There was a specific issue that required non-standard intervention - I don't know what.  Eventually, the woman in line in front of me left, returned with a wad of cash she gave to the clerk.  A woman came in from outside to get a car for her and they were on their way.  Then as I started to move forward the clerk beckoned to the couple behind me saying that they were here yesterday and she couldn't finish helping them but that this made them first.  15 minutes later, their situation was resolved the clerk took a break.  The outside girl came over, looked at my reservation, and said they only had a Jeep Wrangler (unacceptable for what I needed).  I was nonplussed.  What is the purpose of a reservation if Enterprise doesn't hold cars for you?  She asked me to step aside and went on to the next couple.  Eventually, I got on the phone with the National Headquarters who asked to speak to the manager who turned out to be the man in the suit.  10 minutes later, someone just returned an economy - I said that would work. 5 minutes after that, I had my car, he comped me a day, apologized, and all else was fully satisfactory including the return.  BUT what should taken 10 minutes and should've been ready for me took 1 hour 45 minutes., the first 90 minutes of which was spent in total frustration and alienation.

I would recommend enterprise rent-a-car N Orange Blossom location to anyone. Very professional staff. They were very helpful. I rented a car from this location while I was spending time with family. Leonardo helped me in selecting the right car for a road trip to Ft. Meyers. My original plan was to visit Ft. Meyers then return to Orlando. I ended up staying and needed to return the car at a different location. FYI, retuning a car in a different location depending on where is usually associated with drop off fees. I wasn't aware of drop-of fees and so I called Enterprise where I originally rented the car and spoke with Becky. She took the time to assist me (although she was real busy- due to holiday rush) as much as she can and she also waived the fee for me. She was very helpful in every way possible. I take regular trips to Orlando. I plan on going to this location while I am there. Both Becky and Leonardo made it a great deal to ensure their customers are happy. Thank you both!

My daughter had truck from here while her Focus was serviced at Ford dealer. Went to return with her. Friendly guy at counter, was surprised low mileage use(was parked at WDW). Tiny lot, 1/2 dozen spots maybe.

Very professional stuff and nice cars. I had to put air in the tires of the car probably they didn't inspect the car well before giving it to me. But overall I had good experience with them.
