I was nervous renting from here because of all the bad reviews but I have to say I didn't have any problems whatsoever. Yes they did try to sell us insurance but when we declined that was that. And in all fairness every rental car place tries to sell us insurance. Picking up the car was fast and easy and drop off was even easier! I use the side cashier window and was literally in and out in 5 minutes.
Finally to address professionalism, I found it to be very courteous and professional. As I dropped the car off employee passing me in the parking lot ask about my trip and the performance of the car and thanks me for my business and wished me a good night. The clerk at the window did the same. So I felt compelled to leave this review to offer a different experience.

I will  echo others experience and add my own. I waited 20 min for the bus and found a 30 min line at the office. I came in with a reservation quoting $103. The clerk gave me an estimated charges sheet showing $269 even after I'd said no to the insurance. He'd taken off collision but not liability. The next time he ran the estimated charges it came to 179 and again I refused to sign. He kept trying to tell me that these were "only estimates" and I wouldn't be charged that amount. When I continued to object he tore up the latest "estimate" and printed one showing the $103 I'd agreed to online. He acted exasperated as if I was the unreasonable party. These guys are crooks. If you rent from them be prepared to work hard to get the quoted price, and be super careful about noting the condition of the car. Oh, the car I got was fine, nice even, except that it was not entirely clean inside despite stinking of something, probably cleaner. I've not yet returned the car, and hope for no trouble at that end.

Rented a Rav4 for the January 6-9 weekend.  The shuttle took me from the airport to off airport rental car location.  Would have given a 5 star if the shuttle didn't make us wait so long at the airport on Friday night.  Got to the counter with my reservation, I got the SUV I reserved and was off in under 10 minutes.  I was asked to purchase several insurances that I knew I didn't need, but no pressure was put on me to purchase.  We returned the car on Monday, and were on the much quicker shuttle in 10 minutes.  $170 for 3 days.

If I could give them a Zero rating then I would. This had to be the worst rental place ever. They will manipulate you and add more charges to your account and your bill will be way more than intended. I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this company..... They DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. So You must handle all of your business while you are there. They are crooked . Make sure you have them explain prior to you actually leaving that place. You wont get no money back. I tried ! I was in tears after leaving realizing what I just did . I was hundred miles away, so i had to deal with it !

Can someone tell me if I can argue the price once I signed..? I was in a hurry and didn't pay much attention on the bill. Now, when I look at the bill it appears about $130 more then my reservation amount. I would not recommend this place.
