We were very impressed by the professional and courteous way the whole care purchase was handled.   Phil was meticulous in reviewing my trade in to get us the best value and Eddie could not have been more helpful in presenting the car and explaining the process.   We also like the "no hassle" pricing because the asking price started out under the Kelly Blue Book Value.    We will definitely be back when we are ready to replace the van.   Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant experience!

Got off the plane at 16:00 and was in the rental by 16:20 ! I had no reservation but I got lucky, walked up to the counter, and was asked "Do you want the smallest or the cheapest"? I chose cheapest and got a minivan. That worked perfect as I packed 5 people in to head to the circus!! I only rent with Enterprise as I never have any issues. I usually catch people's names who do a great job, sorry I didn't this time. Great job as always. Smooth

My girlfriend and i had just experienced the worst flight customer relations and over all experience and had to change flights from one city to another in a matter of minutes!  I contacted enterprise immediately to find if we would have a car there for us and they did.  The best part of enterprise is definitely their customer service, but not to be outdone by their product of course.  The car was in pristine shape and drove like a dream!  This was a nice commodity as we had to travel 3 hours to get home!  Thank you enterprise for delivering an enjoyable experience at the conclusion of our ventures.

I use to compare different rental company it now I don't even waste my time. Regardless of what city I rent in, the Enterprise folks are always cheerful, kind, smart, fun. I could go own, but bottom line is they are always professional and the folks at Tampa International Airport are a perfect example of that. Prices are good, they don't gouge you on tolls and I've always been satisfied with experience with Enterprise.  Got my eye on the sweet yellow Vette in a couple weeks too. ;)

I was impressed right away with the ease of access to the Enterprise desk just a short walk from baggage claim. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. We had our car in minutes. Returns were even easier and I was just a minute from the terminal where I needed to check in. No shuttles, no long lines, no hassles!
