I love enterprise car rental the people I have dealt with during my long term rental has always helped me in the best way possible they have always catered to my needs.  The service and the employee are  so satisfying  no matter what time of day there is a need.

I can not give a favorable review at this point. The vehicle and office personnel was very good. The problem is I rented the vehicle for one day to get me to the Orlando air port for a morning flight. Picked the car up the day before my flight, dropped it off the following morning at the air port. Ten days later I received a billing from Enterprise fro $594.26(should have been 75.76). I contacted the Lake Wales Enterprise agency from which I rented the vehicle. The office staff was hesitant  to correct the error, indicating they couldn't do anything for 24Hrs. Then they would be unable to show me any confirmation they had corrected the error. Their computer isn't compatible with the accounting offices computers?? . Still don't know if its been corrected. This is 12/23/2016

I live in Lake Wales FL and want to rent a car for 1 day Saturday OR Sunday, Lake Wales is not open, neither is Bartow or  Winterhaven FL.
Your cars are sat doing nothing on both Saturday and Sunday's yet you are forcing me to go to a competitor.   A prudent move where locations want to close on a weekends  ( especially those that don't have the special weekend rate, as NON of the above do)   would be to have a somewhat reduced rate for those two days. Makes good business 
sense to me.

Made a reservation but was unable to be pickup. I use Enterprise because of this service and was very disappointed to know the same day of the rental and because the hours were 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. It made it difficult to find someone willing to give  me a ride.

Enterprise made it easy renting a car. It take no time on getting my car. Just next time have the car wash
